Down in the hip Windsor end of Chapel Street, you’ll find this well designed narrow café, with an interior of long wooden tables and exposed red brick walls. Serving the delicious Duke Coffee Roasters blend, Journeyman is a popular place for locals, particularly on weekends when the place is packed. Waiting for a table is well worth it for the scrumptious food, especially the avocado hummus toast with candied bacon- it’s simply the best. Whilst the menu changes seasonally, the produce is always fresh.
Mr Mister- 161 Chapel Street, Windsor
As soon as you walk in, the café transports you to a bright and airy space reminiscent of an open greenhouse. Greenery adorns the walls, there's an outdoor courtyard to sit at and like many cafes around Chapel Street, the walls are white painted brick. Matcha and turmeric lattes are on offer as well as many breakfast favourites such as bircher, acai bowls, potato rosti and baked eggs. They also do a great chai infused porridge in the winter to warm you up.
