The South Melbourne Market is a treasured inner city landmark and a favourite amongst locals and visitors. Over 5 million people shop at the Market annually. The Market’s audience is very diverse.

The Night Market provides a unique fusion of food, music, entertainment, creativity and culture. In 2020, the organisers of the night market are extending the fun, with festivities kicking off from midday until 9.30pm to take advantage of those warm summer days!

The Night Market will be held on Wednesdays, meaning the whole Market will be open for business. Perfect for a spot of shopping after work, picking up those last minute groceries for dinner and visiting your favourite traders.

Expect plenty of free live music, cooking demonstrations, workshops and activities for all ages.

Hawker 88 Night market

Immerse yourself in delightful sights, tastes and sounds of Asia this year at The Hawker 88 Night Market taking place in Queen Victoria market. Step under the Market’s iconic sheds and feast on authentic street food from Thailand to Japan, Vietnam to Korea, and Malaysia to Sri Lanka at more than 20 food stalls. Meet friends, shop for the weird and wonderful, and enjoy live music and cultural celebrations with a different theme each week. \

St Kilda Twilight Market

The St Kilda Twilight Market brings Melburnians together in one of the most beautiful locations in the city. 

The O'Donnell Gardens comes alive for the twilight market on Thursday evenings during summer From 5.00 to 10.00PM

 

The Twilight Market brings a wonderful array of artworks, vintage wear, craft, hand designed fashion and jewellery, exotic clothes, produce, emerging designers and foods from across the world. There will also be some wonderful local music by some of Melbourne's finest creators. Make sure you experience this wonderful market this summer that will truly leave a mark!
